Our Commitment
Sanare Counseling Group is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to make our online services more inclusive.
Standards We Aim For
Our website aims to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including auditory, cognitive, neurological, physical, speech, and visual disabilities.
Features That Support Accessibility
- Semantic HTML structure with clear heading hierarchy
- Sufficient color contrast on text and interactive elements
- Keyboard-navigable menus, buttons, and forms
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
- Forms with associated labels and clear error states
- Live captions available on telehealth sessions on request
- Screen-reader friendly content
Telehealth Accessibility
Our telehealth platform is HIPAA-compliant and supports live captions on request. If you need an ASL interpreter, please give us 5–7 days’ notice and we will arrange one for your session at no additional cost.

Despite our efforts, some content on this site may not yet be fully accessible. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us — we will do our best to address it promptly.
