Sanare Counseling Group
Effective Date: January 26, 2026
Last Updated: January 26, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at sanarecounselinggroup.com (the “Website”), including any pages, forms, scheduling links, and content made available through the Website. The Terms also apply to non-clinical interactions you have with Sanare Counseling Group through the Website, such as requesting an appointment, submitting a contact form, or receiving administrative messages. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Who We Are
Sanare Counseling Group (“Sanare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) refers to Sanare Counseling Group and its affiliated clinicians, contractors, and staff who support the Website and operations.
Contact Information:
Sanare Counseling Group

2. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Website. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website on your own behalf. If you are using the Website to request services for a minor, you represent that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian and have authority to submit information and make requests on their behalf.
4. Not for Emergencies or Crisis Services
The Website is not intended for emergency use. If you are experiencing an emergency or are in crisis, call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or call/text 988 in the United States.
5. No Medical Advice and No Therapist–Client Relationship Through the Website Alone
Information on the Website is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and is not medical or clinical advice. Using the Website, submitting forms, or exchanging messages through the Website does not, by itself, create a therapist–client relationship. A therapist–client relationship is established only after we complete appropriate intake steps, confirm services, and you receive and sign required consents and practice documents, as applicable.
6. Telehealth and Service Availability
Sanare provides services via telehealth where permitted by law and where a clinician is appropriately licensed or authorized to provide services. Our service areas may include Maryland and Florida, but availability depends on clinician licensure, scope of practice, and legal requirements at the time services are requested. We do not guarantee that services will be available in every location or at any specific time.
7. Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows
If you request an appointment through the Website, you agree to provide accurate information. Appointment confirmation, cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies (including any applicable fees) will be provided during scheduling, intake, or onboarding and may vary by service type and payer rules. If a separate written policy is provided to you, that policy will control.
8. Insurance, Fees, and Payments
If you choose to use insurance, you are responsible for providing accurate insurance information and for all amounts not covered by your plan, including copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and non-covered services. If you choose private pay, you agree to pay the fees disclosed during scheduling or intake. Payment processing may be handled by third-party vendors; those vendors may collect and process payment details under their own terms and privacy practices.
9. Communications, Email, and SMS/Text Messaging
By providing your contact information through the Website, you authorize us to contact you for administrative and service-related purposes, including responding to inquiries, scheduling, appointment reminders, intake steps, and customer support.
If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and request help by replying HELP. Your communications preferences may be limited by operational and legal requirements (for example, we may still send certain non-marketing administrative communications where permitted).
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information through the Website is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you become a client, certain information may also be governed by applicable healthcare privacy laws and practice documents provided during intake.
11. User Submissions and Accuracy of Information
If you submit information through the Website (including forms, messages, or uploads), you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful. You understand that standard email and SMS are not guaranteed to be fully secure and should not be used for urgent matters or highly sensitive clinical details unless you are directed to a secure method.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Website. Misuse includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems, interfering with functionality, introducing malware, scraping content, using automated tools to access the Website in a way that burdens the service, or using the Website for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are using the Website in a harmful or unauthorized way.
13. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, are owned by or licensed to Sanare and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, create derivative works from, or exploit any Website content without our prior written permission.
14. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as a patient portal, scheduling tools, or informational resources). Third-party sites are not controlled by Sanare, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanare will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanare’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Website or these Terms will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to Sanare through the Website in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sanare and its clinicians, staff, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
18. Dispute Resolution and Venue
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. If applicable law requires a different venue for certain claims, that requirement will control.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies or notices posted on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sanare regarding your use of the Website.
