Support that takes them seriously.
Therapy for children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, school stress, social challenges, family changes, identity, and the in-between years. Developmentally tuned. Parent-aware. Confidential where Maryland law allows.
Confidentiality made clear.
In Maryland, minors 16 and older can consent to outpatient mental health treatment on their own. For clients 13–15, we work collaboratively with parents — your therapist will explain at intake exactly what is shared with parents and what stays confidential. We share safety concerns; we don’t share session content.
For younger children, parents are an active part of the work. Our child specialists include parent sessions, family work, and direct collaboration with school counselors when consent is given.
