Step 1: Reach Out to Us
Begin by contacting us and sharing a bit about your concerns, goals, and therapist preferences. We’re happy to offer a free 15-minute consultation to answer any questions and help you take the first step with confidence. We know that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and we’re here to make the process as comfortable as possible.

Step 2: Finding the Right Therapist for You
Our team will match you with a therapist who aligns with your needs and goals. If we don’t have immediate availability, we’ll provide personalized referral options to ensure you find the right support.

Step 3: Scheduling Your First Session
Once we find a great match, we’ll set up your initial appointment and guide you through the next steps.
In your first one to three sessions, you and your therapist will explore what brought you to therapy, discuss your background, and identify your goals. These early sessions also help determine if your therapist is the right fit for you. If at any point you feel that another provider may better suit your needs, we will help you find the right referral.
Before your first session, you’ll receive access to our secure client portal to complete intake forms. Your therapist will also send a welcome email with details about your upcoming session.
